Position Summary | |
The successful candidate will possess skills with the ability to develop academic courses, websites, and/or learning modules using web authoring tools and eLearning technologies to meet strict timelines. The preferred candidate will have excellent customer service and organizational skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Create, manage, and deliver engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles · Researching instructional content · Interviewing Subject Matter Experts · Writing instructional content with Concise, Clear writing skills · Writing learning objectives · Writing Implementation guides and practice activities and quizzes · Developing interactive eLearning with eLearning authoring tools(i.e., Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe products: Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Adobe Captivate) · Programming complex branching scenarios, interactions, and gamified courses · Editing photos, vectors, and videos as needed · Adhering to visual design principles, multimedia learning principles, and user experience design best practices · Be the champion for accessibility (AODA) and course consistency · Utilize technical and creative writing skills to engage course participants · Integrate adult learning best practices and thought leadership into eLearning courses · Produce eLearning courses on time and on budget and align those programs with an overall learning outcomes strategy · Address changes and feedback to course deliverables on time · Work collaboratively with graphic design and video producers to create an impactful learning experience · Develop learning deliverables in various engaging formats (e.g., courses, games, videos, quizzes, etc.) |

WORK SCHEDULE Monday through Friday: regular business/program hours with flexibility to work variable hours as needed to carry out duties and responsibilities effectively and appropriately. |

Qualifications | |
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in education, training, instructional design, learning technologies, or related field. 3+ years of training design experience creating blended learning solutions, both instructor-led and self-paced training. 3+ years of process management for the training development lifecycle, from initial design through delivery and implementation (ADDIE model). 2+ years experience with instructional design experience preferred |
