Qualifications
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
Must be at least 18 years old
Prefer experience working with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Valid Driver’s License and consistent access to a vehicle is required
FOR FLOAT ROLES:
Willing to travel to three homes within the Portland metro area (mileage reimbursed)
Roles & Responsibilities
What You Get To Do:
We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities; and behavioral or medical complexities in our residential programs!
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support our persons served with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with the person served to provide coaching, supervision, and role-modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, and/or assistance with personal care.
No Experience? If you meet the basic job requirements, we will provide the necessary paid training and hands-on experience
