CCD Letter on the Extension of FMAP Enhancement

On February 24, 2022, the Consortium for Constituents with Disabilities (CCD) sent a letter to Alissa Deboy, Director of the Disabled & Elderly Health Programs Group within the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), urging CMS to extend the deadline by which funding from the pandemic-era FMAP enhancement must be spent. ANCOR is a founding member of CCD, which is the largest advocacy coalition in the United States dedicated to the rights and well-being of people with disabilities.
