New Resource: Additional Fundraising Solutions for Small Businesses

The need for small businesses and organizations to be creative in their fundraising during the COVID-19 crisis was underscored by how quickly federal funding created under the CARES Act was depleted. While ANCOR is continuing to advocate for Medicaid disability supports to be included as Congress replenishes depleted emergency funds, we are offering this resource by Fiscal Note for our members to find additional fundraising solutions in the interim. This blog post lays out opportunities such as:

• Grants offered by U.S. Bank for human service organizations and local non-profits.
• Grants offered by Amazon (Seattle only) and Facebook (nationwide) for small businesses.
• Grants offered by Google for health organizations.
• Regional grant initiatives (City of Chicago for local organization, Berkshire Bank for New England small businesses).
