The National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities

NEWARK, DE: The National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities, which offers leadership capacity-building programs and is housed at the University of Delaware, announced that co-founder Nancy Weiss (left) is retiring after 15 years in the role of Director. The ANCOR Foundation is a founding sponsor of the Consortium and across Nancy’s tenure, countless ANCOR members have participated in its programsFor over four decades, Nancy has worked tirelessly to strengthen organizational practices and quality supports for people with disabilities, and she will continue to work with the Consortium in an advisory role.

The Consortium also announced that Caitlin Bailey, Ph.D. (center) and Kristen Loomis (right) have been appointed to lead the Consortium as Co-Directors. Caitlin and Kristen have been part of the Consortium’s leadership team for about a decade, with Kristen most recently serving as Director of Programs and Caitlin most recently serving as Director of Research and Evaluation.
