RFP Properties, for the past 25 years, has been locating and providing housing for home care providers. What we do is send someone from our team to work with you to carefully select a home from available alternatives. We take many things into consideration when choosing the home, to ensure it meets your long-term needs. We consider any special spatial requirements that the residents may need or prefer, affordability, location, condition and quality of construction, just to name a few.

During the term of your tenancy, we annually inspect the major components of the homes, and we pay for all major issues with the roof, HVAC, electrical system, and water supply. We are available for you or your staff during your tenancy. We own and manage homes across the country, and collectively have a century of experience in this industry.

We do purchase/leasebacks and acquisitions. We also have experience in the downsizing of large facilities.
