Please join ANCOR and United Cerebral Palsy, in cooperation with the Bipartisan Disabilities Caucus, to discuss the release of their latest report, The Case for Inclusion 2023: Making Good on Our Nation's Promise of Community Inclusion for All.

Released annually, the Case for Inclusion assesses how well all 50 states and the District of Columbia are supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to be included in the community.

This year’s edition of the report confirms that the ongoing direct support workforce crisis is hampering access to the community, due in large part to a failure to invest in community IDD services. In turn, the US now faces the reality of defaulting on the promises our nation made to people with disabilities in the Americans with Disabilities Act and, subsequently, in the Supreme Court’s decision in Olmstead v. L.C.
