Updated Fair Housing Report Addresses Common Questions about Housing Discrimination

To honor the 50th anniversary of the Fair Housing Act, our coalition partners at the Bazelon Center for Mental Health law has updated its comprehensive report, What “Fair Housing” Means for People with Disabilities. To quote from the Bazelon Center: “This guide addresses common questions about housing discrimination, reasonable accommodations, accessibility requirements, and resources for challenging discrimination by a landlord or other housing provider.” Access the full document here.
