Wage and Hour Law Update: Proposed Rules on Overtime Exemptions

July 16, 2015 - 7:00pm to 8:15pm
Eastern Daylight Time

Description

On July 6, the Department of Labor (DOL) issued a notice of proposed rulemaking that will have a significant impact on providers of disability services. The new rule proposes to more than double the threshold for overtime exemptions available for front-line supervisors and other employees of provider agencies. The clock is ticking to respond to the proposed rule before it is finalized!

John C. Gilliland, Esq., (co-author of the 2015 Federal Wage and Hour for Private Providers: ANCOR Edition) will join ANCOR’s Director of Public Policy Katherine Berland to explain the changes proposed, discuss how to respond, and offer solutions for providers on how to comply with evolving wage and hour law. This webinar is free for ANCOR members, but registration is required.
