As Congress works to reduce the federal deficit, Medicaid per capita caps are a Clinton-era idea that has re-emerged as a cost containment strategy currently endorsed by influential Republican members of Congress. This webinar will provide an overview of the proposal and walk participants through the mechanics of how caps are likely to be determined, and resulting impact to state Medicaid budgets.
