Speakers

Douglas Golub serves as President of MediSked, LLC focusing his expertise and passion on delivering innovative and user friendly technology solutions to the health care and human services industry. Through understanding what is possible with technology, Golub is constantly fostering ways to improve workflows impacting quality of care and adapting to regulatory changes.

Prior to joining MediSked, Golub previously served as Platform Services Manager for Microsoft’s Health Solutions Group. An original member of Microsoft’s healthcare venture, Golub is an expert in health care IT security, implementations, and customer needs assessments. While at Microsoft, Golub led implementation projects for such leading healthcare pioneers as Johns Hopkins Medical Institution, Wisconsin Health Information Exchange and the Mayo Clinic.

Golub holds a Masters of Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from State University of New York College at Geneseo. Currently, Golub travels between his home in Rochester, NY and Washington, D.C.

Mike Holihan serves as Director of Sales and Marketing for MediSked, LLC, based in Rochester, NY since 2011. In this capacity, Holihan is responsible for overseeing all corporate branding, messaging and communications strategy as well as manages the nationwide team of account sales representatives.

Prior to stepping into this role as Director of Sales & Marketing at MediSked, Holihan held the title of Marketing Manager as well as liaison with the customer base, helping educate the market on Agency Management Platform solutions. He has also been responsible for the creation and direction of the MediSked Volunteer Corps, leading employees of MediSked to become active advocates and volunteers at provider agency partner events and initiatives. “Our relationships with our partner agencies go beyond providing web based agency management solutions. We are dedicated to the same goals as our partners and take pride in our commitment to them.”

With over a decade of marketing expertise focused in the areas of voice of the customer analysis, product marketing, market research, and strategic communications, planning and execution, Holihan helps bridge the gap between MediSked’s cutting edge technology and the health care and human services industry.

Holihan holds an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York College at Geneseo in Business Administration. He is a member of the American Marketing Association of Rochester and resides in Rochester, NY with his wife and two children.
