On March 5, both Oregon and Michigan posted their respective draft proposals for the Medicare-Medicaid capitated financial alignment model ("duals demonstration proposals") on their state websites, as required.
Each proposal is available for a 30-day comment period for public input by individuals and entities in their state. The posting does not constitute submission of a proposal to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and states are to consider the comments prior to any submission of a proposal to CMS.
As previously reported in WICs, Illinois and Ohio have posted draft proposals on their state websites, as well.
So far Massachusetts is the only state to submit a Medicare-Medicaid state ("duals") alignment proposal to CMS.
