The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services will host several calls in May discussing the benefits and provisions of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). All calls are open to the public and include a Q&A session with HHS staff.
On May 16, the topic will be "The Health Care Law and Access to Care." On May 30, the topic will be "The Health Care Law and Home and Community-Based Services," which will include a discussion of the new home and community-based services that are now available as a result of the ACA. The new Community First Choice Option will also be discussed.
