Contest Seeks to Identify Innovative, "Disruptive" Concepts to Improve the Lives of People with IDD

The following announcement was sent out last week to disability organizations announcing prize money available for innovative ideas:
 

The Northeast Arc and the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation want your ideas to identify innovative concepts to  help positively disrupt the system to improve the lives of persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism and their families. We are looking for out-of-the-box ideas the The Arc Tankand people who can imagine possibilities, be creative and who want to change the status quo.

The Northeast Arc is awarding up to $200,000, to one or multiple innovative ideas, during the inauguralThe Arc Tank competition through the Changing Lives Fund.

Any person, organization or group may apply for consideration to The Arc Tank. Ideas must be innovative, progressive, sustainable, and have significant societal impact. Ideas must be consistent with the mission of the Northeast Arc: supporting people with disabilities to become active and involved members of their community.

Now, how would you spend up to $200,000 to improve the lives of people with disabilities and their families?
