Working with its partners in the Friday Morning Collaboration of aging and disability national groups, ANCOR helped coordinate the sign-on of disability groups for a “Don’t Cut My Medicaid Lifeline” ad. The ad is now appearing in key state newspapers, urging Congress not to reduce Medicaid funding for long-term services and supports.
The ad addresses the adverse affects of such cuts on individuals, families and direct support professionals and includes 176 national organizations.
