Members: Instructions for Logging In for the First Time
Welcome to the new ANCOR website! We hope the improvements made will help us better serve our members. As a result of these improvements, you will need to reset your password the first time you attempt to access member-only portions of the website.
If your organization is a current member, please follow the simple instructions below to retrieve your login password.
Instructions for Members Logging In for the First Time
Please read through the instructions first.
Step 1: Reset your password
- Click here to reset your password. Enter your e-mail address and click Submit.

- If your account profile exists, you will see the message "an email has been sent to your email address with instructions on resetting your password". If you see this message, proceed to Step 2. If your account profile does not exist, it exists under another e-mail address, or the address was mistyped, you will see the error below.

- If you see the above error, try alternate addresses that may be linked to your membership. If you are still unable to reset your password, either your information with us is incorrect or your profile does not exist. In that case, you will need to submit a request.
Step 2: Verify reset password request
- You will receive an e-mail stating the following: "In order to reset your password for the community, please click on the link below OR if the link is not working, please copy & paste it into the address bar of your browser. Please note that this link will expire in 24 hours." Click the link below that text. If you do not receive this e-mail within an hour, check that it has not been mistaken as spam by your e-mail system. If necessary, repeat Step 1.
Step 3: Enter a new password
- Enter a new password and re-type it to verify. Click Submit.

Step 4: Log in!
- If your password was reset properly, you will be directed to the login screen. Sign in using your e-mail address and your newly created password and enjoy the priviledges being an ANCOR membership provides!
