ANCOR International Study Mission - Services in Latvia/Russia September 30-October 11, 2008 ANCOR’s International Committee invites you to join us on an educational tour of programs and services abroad to Riga, Latvia, St. Petersburg & Moscow, Russia. This tour follows a successful trip that ANCOR members took in April/May 2007 to Romania, Moldova and Prague. Earlier this year, select ANCOR members also visited agencies in Santo Domingo.

Along with your fellow providers, you’ll visit with non governmental agencies in Riga, St. Petersburg and Moscow to learn first-hand about the status of services in Latvia and Russia. You’ll visit programs and institutions and meet with staff and the people they serve. You’ll also have time to tour the cities that you are visiting– some of the most interesting cities in Europe.
