In order to ensure that you make a sound choice based on up-to-date and comprehensive information, we've included the following:

  • How to choose a provider includes questions you might ask in selecting a provider. These questions were prepared by CARF, a non-profit accrediting organization.
  • A hot link to TheArcLink.org web site - a comprehensive web site that includes resources and advice on home and community-based services as well as information on service providers in participating states. TheArcLink site also provides information on how the federal system provides supports and services for people with developmental disabilities and state services and resources.
